Late Night Yoga

Service Description

Sangha Crew! On the last Friday of every month we will meet for a spiritual evening and uplift eachother! We will start the evening with an energising flow to shift the week out, followed by Kirtan and Yoga philosophy chats. It's a chance to share your thoughts and wisdom and meet new people of similar minds and hearts. A nice cuppa tea will be provided and we will finish with a Yin - Nidra to set you up for the weekend nicely. Some weeks might be a little different, with different offerings. Keep an eye on the calendar in case we have to move weeks slightly on certain months!
