Living Yoga: The Summer Forest Immersive Series

Explore the Bhagavad Gita, in the heart of the forest

Each session stands alone, diving into specific chapters and themes from the Gita. You’re welcome to attend whichever workshops speak to you - there’s no pressure to do them all (though you might want to once you’ve been to one!).

Nature of the Self & Karma Yoga
Chapters 1, 2 and 3

Sunday 22nd June 9am-12pm:

There’s something magical about learning in the forest. Surrounded by trees, breathing in fresh air, and feeling the earth beneath. This is the perfect setting for exploring the spiritual, mystical, and philosophical wisdom of the Gita. These workshops blend movement (walking and some light stretches), meditation, breathwork, and open-hearted discussion to help you not just learn the teachings, but live them.

The Bhagavad Gita has been a life-changing guide for me, helping me navigate anxiety, reconnect with meaning, and live more from a place of love and presence. I can’t wait to share it with you in this way. Together, we’ll co-create something special, rooted in connection, curiosity, and community.
