Spring Retreat 27-30 May 2022

Situated in the South Down National Park, use this 3-night retreat to switch off from the responsibilities and reconnect with yourself and nature. During this retreat, we will delve deeper into the physical practices of vinyasa and yin, and immerse ourselves in sound with crystal bowls and kirtan. There will be mini-workshops on Yoga philosophy, Life drawing and Ayurvedic nutrition.


We will also go for silent nature walks and eat delicious vegan healthy food! There will be plenty of time to relax and sit around the fire and use the facilities, heated pool and sauna.


Retreats are a great opportunity to meet new people of similar minds, we will share insights, we will laugh, and most importantly we will reset and realign with our core values and spirit.
