
6-Week Pregnancy Yoga Course

Join us for a supportive community-focused 6-week prenatal journey blending mindful & empowering movement, breath techniques, meditations for relaxation, & expert advice from myself, a doula & lactation consultant to help you feel confident, calm, & connected through pregnancy and into motherhood.
Each session weaves together themes of community, change, trust, and personal strength. You’ll be guided by experienced facilitators and welcomed into a supportive space to connect, move, breathe, prepare & relax.

Suitable for those 12 weeks and onwards
Hybrid In-Person and Online (all sessions recorded)

Rough Weekly Overview:
Week 1: Embracing Change & Learning to Relax
Pregnancy-safe movement & the art of relaxation & reflection
2-hour in-person session, with a gift bag from More Yoga.

Pregnancy yoga flow with full safety modifications to build confidence, empowering you to move without worry!

Relaxation tools backed by science to support body and mind, including breathing and tapping techniques that support labour

Tea + sharing circle to connect and reflect on the role of change in pregnancy and self-evolution

Deep rest practice
Week 2: Acceptance and Letting Go
Release tension through breath, movement & journaling to overcome any anxieties surrounding pregnancy, birth and motherhood

Week 3: The Breath – Hypnobirthing Bitesize
A practical introduction to hypnobirthing tools (partners welcome!).

Hypno birthing techniques partners welcome - The Importance of the Breath.

What makes you feel safe and calm? Encouraged to have conversations with your birth partner. When the body feels calm and safe, it can work more efficiently and comfortably.

Pregnancy flow that focuses on breath and movement to deepen connection to intuition, including positions for labour, trusting the process, however it unfolds

Week 4: Tuning In & Knowing Your Strength
Build strength and start shaping your birth preferences.

Week 5: The Power of Community – It Takes a Village
Exploring the idea of community: being held and supported by others & the power of sharing

Pregnancy flow and breathing techniques - heart-opening movement to release the shoulders, upper back and chest, exploring surrender, support, and self-expression

Wisdom of the Women's circle - knowing & trusting your innate wisdom, exploring how to express needs with confidence

Guided relaxation to create personal affirmations for labour and birth

Week 6: After Birth
Looking ahead to the fourth trimester: postpartum recovery and lactation consultant expert

(Weekly content can change slightly, making it more fluid, some of it will be self led through self enquiry)

Who this course is for:
Anyone currently pregnant and looking for a supportive, holistic experience, whether you’re a first-time parent or expanding your family.
What you’ll need:
Comfortable clothing, a quiet space for online sessions, yoga mat, blocks x 2 (secondhand on vinted/ebay), yoga bolster or 2 pillows.
